My Story

I started training over 10 years ago as a teenager, and honestly, I loved it from the start.

But not for the usual reasons.

Back then, life was dark. I was unfit, depressed, and so socially anxious I could barely look someone in the eyes. I didn’t know what to say, didn’t feel like I belonged anywhere.

Then I found training. And it was everything I struggled with.
Hard. Uncomfortable. Demanding.

It made me face things I’d been avoiding:
I had to eat properly.
Talk to people.
Deal with my own thoughts under pressure.
Handle both physical and mental stress every single day.

It was brutal at times. But it changed everything.
It gave me structure. Confidence.
It taught me how to show up when it’s hard, and keep showing up.

Training didn’t just help me, it built me.

If I could restart my life 100 times, I’d train in every single one of them.

That’s why I care so much about this.
That’s why I coach like I do.
Because I got more out of this than I ever expected, and I want you to get your own version of that.

Even if you only get a small piece of what I found, it’ll change your life.

Let me help you find that.
