I’m a national-level Olympic weightlifter and the coach behind Aggressively Average Lifts.
I started this because I got tired of seeing lifters stuck, overthinking, second-guessing, or just following random workouts without a plan. I’ve competed at the highest levels, but my real passion is helping everyday lifters move better, lift smarter, and feel confident under the bar.

A 45° angle works best, but as long as your whole body is in the frame, I can coach you through it. Just send your videos via WhatsApp or another agreed platform.

A barbell and some plates is plenty to start. If you’ve got blocks, pull-up bars, or machines, even better — I’ll tailor the program to what you have access to.

We’ll work around it safely. I’ll adjust movements, intensity, and volume so you can keep progressing without making things worse.
